I do not know where Salt Lick Township, Perry County, Ohio is located.
I have a Moses Kemble/Kimble/Kimbel (all three spelling used in New Jersey) and his wife, the former Phoebe Chamberlain with five unnaned children who were unsupposed to have left for the Wisconsin Territory (was not a state yet) in 1836, BUT they show in the 1840 Federal Census for northern New Jersey in Sussex County. They do not appear in any New Jersey again in the Counties of Passaic, Morris, or Sussex. I have never found them in Wisconsin either (having done that research by computer or telephone calls from northern New Jersey).
Within the past few years, got a hit on a message board that they may have made it to Franklin, Ohio. There is a town and a county, so I am not sure where in Ohio to look. Perhaps this may be a connection for you. If it is, please let me know. Thank you in advance
If this become a connection, I can take you back to the mid-1750's where I am stonewalled for forty (40) years now. I have some disconnected information into England and Wales as Kemble is a Welsh surname, not English, but over the past few centuries, it has become mix with English blood.
Sincerely,
James A. Crowley Kemble
