Re: Thomas Taggart Kegeris and his parents
Joseph Kegeris is in the 1900 and 1910 Censuses with his family but his name is misspelled in both records. He is in Indianapolis in 1900 as Joseph Kegers with his unnamed wife and five children: Ella born July 1893; Harry born May 1895; Thomas born March 1896; Theodor born February 1898; and Goldie born May 1899. He is in the 1910 Census in Indianapolis as Joseph Kegereis age 45 with wife Helen, age 46, and four children: Thomas 14; Theodore 10; Goldie 12; and Edward 5. Joseph is shown as Indiana-born in both records. I am interested in daughter Golda V. who married Walter S. Garrison about 1917 and had one daughter Helen. Golda Kegeris Garrison died 13 March 1978 in Indianapolis and was buried in Floral Park Cemetery.
