Hi
I am looking for connection to Keall family members from England. Most of the Kealls in the family tree have come from Bristol, but there are others from Derbyshire, Devon, and London areas. Many of the Kealls also have the middle name of Skinner. Keall is spelt many ways including Keal, and Keel.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Chrissie

Hi
I haven't yet come across your Mary Keall (Tettmar) yet but it is likely that she is connected to the same family.

William Keall b 1780 Devon married to Hannah (Unknown) b 1782. They had eight children. Their daughter Mary Skinner Keall married John Bynon b 1809 Devonshire. This is the family line that connects to our family.

I don't have William's parents or brothers and sisters and it always possible that Mary could be William's neice. There is a tendency for this family line to pass down surnames as a middle name for their children, for example, seven of the eight children of William and Hannah have Skinner as a middle name. John Bynon's daughter is Mary Skinner Keall Bynon and son William Keall Bynon. There are a lot of Keall/Keall family members of Lincolnshire but I haven't found a connection yet. This family line appear to be Devon, Berkshire, London/Middlesex, Wandsworth and many from Bristol, Glos. I would be interested if you find any connection or recieve any information re your Mary Keall.

Hi since the last posting things have moved on at a fair old pace,

Now have the following which i think will link in your William.

Mary was born Mary Keall Bynon I have her marriage certificate to Joseph Tettmar. Her father was John Bynon born as you say 1809 mother was Mary Skinner Keall marriage 06 April 1833 at St Pauls Portland place Bristol

therefore I believe your William and my Mary were brother and sister

I'm connected through my grandmother to Mary Skinner-Keall through the Bynon side of the family. I have contact with a surviving Bynon and his sister if that is of any interest.
Kind regards
Duncan
