Al,

I've seen your name before, what ancestors dating back to the 1700's are you talking about, Keaheys?

The Keahey's are the first ones to arrive from Ireland in the 1750's. William , the father and James, John and George.
My wife is descended from James and John through George Burder Keahey. Then it was James Alfred and undown to John William, son of another James Alfred. I have a lot of info. I was going to write an update on Emma Barrett Reeves book, but it is very time consuming.

I was just wondering about Kenneth Kennedy (SP) someone I went to school with and play with when I was in the first and second grade in Cottage Grove. That would have been in the mid to late 40's. Think I might still a class picture with the 2 of us!
Thanks...Sorry if this is the wrong person..!

Wow that would be cool. Hope this stuff works I am including 2 picture in a file format, so let me know if you get them ok! Both pictures were taken at Jefferson Grade School as you can tell at the same doorway! Number 1 is the second grade dated 1949 and number 2 is the third grade dated 1950. If I am hooked up with the right family I can tell you a little story about the second grade teacher. I am in the upper right corner in both pictures. Guess I was a little taller as I didn't seem to get it right the first time so was doing it over. :-)
Happy New Year to you and yours!

Looks like only one of the pictures went through so I will try this again and send just the second photo this time. Also forgot to to say KK is in the middle bottom row of the second grade photo, striped shirt, short guy. My buddy! 3 grade he is standing in front of the teacher. Mischievous look is just the way he was!
