There is $50 in the General Fund and, as the Project Administrator I would put that towards your DNA test of at least 25 Markers. My maternal uncle, Stanley Jordan Keach Jr. has an upgraded DNA test of 67 Markers, so having a 67 Marker DNA test done would be best, but at this point I would be very happy to have another Keach in the Keach Family Project, so a 25 Marker test would be acceptable to start with. (It can be upgraded later as finances allow : )

If you have been stuck because available paperwork is your only means to tie your Keach family to another Keach family and so far you have not found that elusive document, can I suggest having a DNA test done ? The test is painless, the company that does them is trustworthy and as for the cost ... think about how much gas and tolls in costs to drive, bus or fly to another State to do hands on research at some library's archives ! DNA is a sure thing and is a good value for the money you will spend.

Please just consider it. Thank you, Monica -- grand-daughter of Rev. Stanley Jordan Keach from Connecticut
