just going through the ancestry sites and came across this imformation about one Charles Quane Kaye who came to New Zealand in 1851.I do believe he is my great great grandfather who meet his future wife on the journey here.One of his children was William (my great grand father),who had my grand father Robert Henry whose son was my father Godfry and then me who in turn has now had the 5th generation of New Zealanders.Please if you can give me anymore information about Charles this will be great. ps where in the world do you live

While doing some web search I discovered your message, I think you are referring to my great grandfather, I have an uncle in New Zealand who has been doing research into our family tree. My grandfather was a Dr David Kaye ,who went into Africa(Zambia)as a missionary in the early 1920"s .i would be interested in knowing more ...

I am looking for information on an Annie Cowin born Feb 12, 1938, died 1913 in Wisconsin, United States, Married to James Kaye in 1858 or 1859. I think these may be the same people that you are interested in.

I have his parents as John Kaye, born 1813, died 1880 and mother Eliza Crowe born 1813 died 1866.
