Surnames: Kay/ Egginton
Hi, I'm only new to this but I'm trying to trace my fathers mother and his step siblings. His mother Thelma May Kay ( née Egginton) 1920- 1986 married Albert Owen Kay abt 1916- 1982 in 1938 in Sydney. My father (Thomas Ronald James Egginton) doesn't know much about his family as he was put into a welfare home as a baby. Thelma and Albert lived in the Pyrmont and Doonside area.
Thelma had him at age 15 and he knows that there is quiet a few siblings as he did meet them in his older yrs. He remembers an Albey, another son called sonny and a Ronald James. I have no birth dates for these people.
This may seem strange but if they are a relation to us they might have different type of skin on their hands and feet. If you or a relation has this you know what I'm talking about.
so if anyone could help I would appreciate it.
I can be contacted through my email shell_g@y7mail.com

HI
I know it been a couple of years since anyone has been on this thread, but I'm trying to trace a James Kay who married a Florence Lennox (might have been known as Flo) in England Northumberland in 1922, then not sure when but some time after moved to Australia, I think they settled in new south wales but I'm not sure, Florence Lennox was my great grandmother, but we grew up believing she was our great Aunt Flo, She use to write to my father Allan Harvey but we have lost all the letters.
I would greatly appreciate any answers if this rings any bells for anyone.
Kind Regards to all Bex
