Kaplonsky/Kaplansky of Lithuania & Israel

I am distantly related to a Kaplonsky family of Lithuania and Israel. My grandmother's cousin Tovah/Tobe Licht married a Moshe Kaplonsky whose family was said to be ardently Zionist (this would have been somewhere between 1900-1920). They had one son. I am trying to locate Zeev Kaplansky, who use to live in Kfar Saba, Israel and graduated from "Ohel Shem" High school in Ramat Gan, Israel in 1951.
There is going to be a class reunion some time in January, 2002

Hi, my mother's maiden name is Kaplansky. My grandfather is Irving Kaplansky originally Montreal, who married Sara Konningsberg of Haifa, Israel. My great-grand father Max Kaplansky was born in 1902 in Jerusalem, married Clara Friedman in 1924 and moved to Montreal. Max had 6 siblings, including Ben and Sue. Yiddish was the main language of use in his family. Any connections?
