I am also researching Kaminskis that settled in New Britain, which is where my husband grew up, and his family still lives there. His Kamiskis are also supposed to be from Mysieniec.
Do you know of any siblings for Walenty? Or other Kaminski relatives around NB?
I was searching the Ellis Island database recently and found what looks to be our family - mother Mariana with children Alexander and Stanislaw going to join her husband Adam in NB, but there was a Walenty with them (17 in 1907)and I had never heard that there was a Walenty in this line. They were all born in Lasko.
Stanley was my husband's grandfather and his grandmother is still as sharp as a tack. I will have him ask her about Walenty.
