Aloha,

I am interested in doing my genealogy for my family. There are so many Kamaka's, so I need to make sure that I have the correct family. My father was born on the Big Island of Hawaii. His name is Robert Alfred Kamaka (deceased). He was born, July 20, 1927. He married Emily Leinaala Kauwe (deceased). She was born March 08, 1936. If you have any information on this, please email me. I would really appreciate it.

Mahalo,
Dody

John Kawaihae Kamakea Sr., Husband to Mary Corea is My Great Grandparents. They are the Parents of My Grandmother Jessie Kamakea who also had siblings by the Names:
Anthony(Tony), Manual, Theresa, Dorothy, Sheila. My father is Jessie's eldest son, George Kekahuna Kamkea. My father also had two brothers Daniel and Frank. Daniel died of pneumonia and Frank died in Kalaupapa and both uncles are buried at or next to the old waialae drive in under the freeway. Uncle Frank was a Pastor on the island of Molokai. My father's middle name is actually his biological fathers surname. My father and uncles has the same father, Kekahuna who died. Grandma Jessie remarried Hiram Kaikaina Sr. whose family is also from Hilo and Ka'u area. Lets talk story.....
