Hi,
I've just been looking for more information on my father's Dad (Charles Otto Kayser) and Charls' mother (Ida Meister).
Ida was born in Germany, but her son Charles was born in New York area in USA.
My Dad said that his father Charles had two sisters:

Harriott born around 1894
Emma born around1892

Seems similar to this thread but not sure.

Would be interested to know if you had any other information.
