Surnames: Jowett, Shackleton
Saw your posting, thought I'd drop a line. All of my father's ancestry is Yorkshire and I've done a lot of research on it. My 5GM was Martha Jowett who married Joseph Shackleton in Bradford 1782. Have traced her ancestry back 2 generations to Abraham Jowett b. 1668 Bradford. Nothing further back. Later
