Sorry you two, of course I know that--just stating what that Haplogroup meant. I do find it interesting. I know Stephen Jordan b.1803-1808 in Chesterfield, SC married a Mary Isabelle "Ibby". I read in a Bartow County, GA heritage book that she was a Jourdain and her family was from Holland. I think that is where some of the pronunciation of "JERDAN" came from. It is possible that Mary Ibby Jourdain would be part of the Scandinavian group in the original post.
