I have recently come across a photograph of Emily Jane Jordan Potter standing at the gate of a family cemetery. The cemetery appears overgrown. On the back she wrote "The Jordan burial lot on the Jordan homestead at Greene where my grand-parents are resting, also Aunt Ann & others of the family. Myself standing at the gate. Taken Sept. 5, 1920. Aunt Emily"
I am wondering if this is the Charles Jordan Lot, CY#174 on Hopkins Hollow Rd., 3500' West of telephone pole 86.75?
Her father was Henry Jordan, 1807-1865 [Cranston, RI] and he is not listed on the RI Historical Cemeteries Transcription Project, which makes me believe the cemetery has been 'lost'.
Any help?
