I have a problem with my Jones -- Originally there were supposedly 23 children. We have only found a handful of them, but I did find this regarding the Jones your looking for.

Our Jones line was out of MA, CT, VT, NY, Somerset, PA and LaSalle, DeKalb, Kane and surrounding counties. The counties all meet in at a tip and many Jones came from PA to IL after 1830.
Nathaniel's father was Enos Jones.
