I am looking for my Jones family, I think they came from Davidson Co. N.C. about 1830 to Pike Co. The lived at the Mouth of Pond Creek for many years. My gggrandfather and mother died in Pike Co Ky. in the late 1800's.

My g-greatfather John died I believe before is parents. John first married Mary Lions from Va. then he married Malinda Mainard from Pike Co. Can anyone help me with this line of Jones? This is one of my many brick walls.
