Hello. I am so happy to receive your Ancestry.com Message. That 120 Cedar Street sounds like the very same address where my Paternal GM Louise (JOACHIM) Knutson/Crompton lived before she married my Paternal GF Henry Knutson on 30 January 1895. My GM Louise lived at that 120 Cedar Street address with her widowed mother...Annie (RUSKAMP) Joachim/Wilson. My GGM Annie remarried her 2nd husband, John Wilson 2 years after my Paternal Grandparents Louise & Henry had married. GGM Annie married John Wilson in 1897. I am so happy to have copies of both my GM Louise & GF Henry Knutson & my GGM Annie's Marriage Certificates. Please do tell me what you know of the Ruskamps. I wasn't sure if I was spelling that name correctly, because the name was hand-written on my GGM Annie's 2nd marriage certificate as her maiden name. Sometimes that cursive writing is pretty hard to decipher. My GGM's Mother was listed as "Mary"(MARS)Ruskamp & her Father's name was listed as "Francis" Ruskamp. My Dad told me that the verbal pass-down in his mother's side of the family, was that Bernat Joachim apparently died in an accident of some kind. I truly hope you will have some family records or documents that might help me to fill in the pieces of my Paternal Grandmother Louise's family. It almost sounds like your female relative may have been sister to Mary (MARS) Ruskamp. Perhaps my GGM Annie was caring for her mother, before her mother passed away. I have no information on the history of Mary (MARS) Ruskamp. I look forward to hearing from you again. I am delighted to hear from you, & I hope we might be able to put a few more pieces of the family puzzle together. :-)
Most sincerely, Patricia "Pat"(KNUTSON)Chaney/Hogge in Bremerton, WA
