Thanks for your message and sorry for taking so long to reply! Yes, Philomene Lander/Thérien was my great great grandmother, on my father's side.

From what I can tell, most of the information that you mentioned is what I've got (except that I have the marriage year as being 1861). Thérien, according to my father is the French translation of Lander and was apparently used interchangably at some point.

From my records, Philomene was the daughter of Pierre Therien and Angele Bissonnette. I do not have any recorded siblings, although it's quite possible that there are more. My father and I are members of the Vermont French-Canadian Genealogical Society, and there are resources that we haven't tapped yet.

Also, there's a death date of 12/12/1943, which is something of family legend and, I believe, is documented somewhere in the Burlington Free Press records (or, at least, one of her landmark birthdays).
