Peter Jennings born 1806 in PA. His family, quoted in obits from Grandson, stated this family was "one of the oldest in Pottsville". Schuylkill county was part of Berks and Northampton Counties until 1811. Came across many Jennings in this area but have been unable to connect Peter with his birth family. Married Sarah. Was an innkeeper, restauranteur, and finally a janitor at the county Courthouse. Died in 1875. Been to the grave. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
