If you haven't already, you may want to check with the Morristown, NJ public library. They have a historical room, and when I was there this winter, I remember seeing a query in their files about someone from Bottle Hill. I can't remember if it was a Jennings, but that would have been one of the surnames I was searching when I was there.

Ask them to go through their vertical Jennings file for you.
