I am researching the name Jegerlehner which seems to have originated in Canton Berne, Switzerland.
My specific ancestor emmigrated from Biglen, Canton Berne, Switzerland in the early 1850s and finally settled in Clay Co., Indiana. His name was David Jegerlehner. David had three children, Christian, Rosina (who married Thomas McCormick), and Johannes.
The name of Jegerlehner has changed it's spelling for many of David's descendants, including Yegerlehner, Yagerline, Yagerlehner, Yeagerlehner, etc.
I am interested in finding the descendants of David (as I am compiling a genealogy), and any other Jegerlehners, in order to build a more complete tree of all the Jegerlehner branches.
