JAZDZYK - Marion P. Jazdzyk, 68, of North Tonawanda, Thursday (January 30, 1986) at DeGraff memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. A lifelong resident of North Tonawanda, Mr. Jazdzyk was a retired employee of Roblin Steel, an Army Veteran of W. W. II, he was a former member and past commander of Stephen Sikora Post #1322 American Legion, he was also one of the organizers of the Stephen Sikora Post Ladies Auxiliary. Mr. Jazdzyk was a former Democratic Committeeman and a member of Dom Polski.
Beloved husband of Helen (nee Sidor) Jazdzyk; dearest father of Mrs. William (Kathy) Kalinowski of Syracuse, N.Y., Mrs. Howard (Mary) Slauson of Tonawanda, Michael and James Jazdzyk, both at home; proud grandfather of three grandchildren; dear brother of Mrs. Joseph (Jane) Wrazin, Mrs. Alex (Anna) Soos, Mrs. Chester (Pauline) Sliwowski, Mrs. Frank (Frances) Kolek, Henry and Joseph Jazdzyk and the late Mrs. Genevieve (Henry) Jankowski. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will be present to receive relatives and friends Friday only 1-9 p.m. at the Saber-Skomski Funeral Home, 549 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burila at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Catholic Wake services will be held this afternoon at 3:00 p.m.
