Hi,

My grandmother's maiden name was Jaudon. I have found it spelled many
different ways. On my grandmother's class picture from college they
have her last name as Joudan. Her father was Thomas Walter Jaudon, b
, MS. His parents I believe were Cissy Jane Malone Jaudon and
James Bailenearl Jaudon. James or his father may also have been called
Dock. I have found him on an 1860 census in Monroe Co., MS as Dock
Judon. I am looking for more details on this branch of the family.

I'm pretty sure Dock's father was Elias Gabriel Jaudon, but not
enough data is there. He may have been married a few times. James had
a brother John H. that died in a CW prison camp, at Rock Is., IL.
James was there also, but made it home ok.

Thomas Walter Jaudon lived in Choctaw Co., OK for most of his adult life.
He was married twice, Lula Jane Faulkner d 1929 and Cora UNK. Thomas Walter died in
1962 and is buried in Hugo, OK. There are a few other family members buried there also.
Thomas's parents died and are buried in MS.

Thanks for any assistance
