Josiah(6) Jaquith (William(5), Ebenezer(4), Abraham(3-2-1)) was born at Wilmington, MA, 22 April 1778 (Wilmington VRs). He married (1) at Hartland, VT, 29 December 1802 by Samuel Cheney, Lucy(6) Willard, b. Hartland, 12 January 1783, daughter of Wilder(5) (Oliver(4), Josiah(3), Henry(2), Simon(1)) and Olive (Marcy) Willard. Josiah married (2) ____ and had 3 children. He married (3) at Derry, NH, 27 December 1827 Marinda _____.
Josiah's family moved to Hartland when he was young. He and his wife and children left Vermont for Ohio in 1829, settling on a 100-acre tract in North Wadsworth Township, Medina County, on the east side of Big Spring. (At some point, he and his family moved to Berkshire, VT and lived there until moving to Ohio - MCJ)

ii. Lucy, b. 14 Sep. 1804; m. 8 apr 1829 George W. Howe
(Plainfield, VT Vital Records).

iv. Silheld, b. 7 Mar. 1809.
v. Isabell, b. 1810.
vi. Henry, b. 24 Mar. 1811.
