Has anyone seen a copy of "History of the Jacob Family: In England, Ireland and America" by Caroline Nicholson Jacob, produced, I believe circa 1964 ?

I'd like to know to what depth of pedigree the book investigates, and what Jacob family lines it covers.

Any advice on this book, including if it is for sale anywhere (it is not available on Amazon at present), would be greatly appreciated.
