I am looking for any info on the Jacob family that lived in Remedios da Bretanha, Sao Miguel, Acores. I can go as far back as my Grandparents which are Joao Jacob and Marianna Jacob. For a little in sight there is a story about my grandfather and the day pf his wedding that might remind people of him. The day before or of his wedding his house went up in flames and he lost everything. He lost his clothes and all the things he needed. Joao & Marianna Jacob (my Grandparents) have 2 living sons Joao Jacob & Manuel Jacob and they have 5 living daughters Odilia (Jacob)Miguel, Cecilia Jacob, Maria (Jacob)Raposo, Marianna (Jacob)Cabral & Helena (Jacob)Constantino. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
