I've recently found Noel Collin IZETT as linked with a branch of my wife's family and would like to know more about him. A couple of references to him include Willans as a name and I wonder whether that was his mother's maiden name rather than WILKENS? Any information gratefully received.

I have information on the Andrew Izett family that migrated to Australia, and would be happy to share. I am hoping to find some family photos. Andrew Izett Watson (son of Margaret) married my gg grandmother. He was an artist, and I have one of his original paintings in the family.

I am descended from Robert Chisholm Watson and Margaret Izett. They had a son Robert Chisholm Watson who married Mary Elliot Mann. Their daughter Rose Watson was my father's mother.

My grandmother was Beryl Watson who married John Rodgers. She was raised by Marie Elizabeth Padley Watson but said she was not her mother - did not know who her mother was. She said her father was an artist who died when she was about 12.We think she said she was born on a boat coming from New Zealand and the boat sank on a return journey (maybe not the same journey.)There seems to be no record of her birth. Is there any information on when Andrew Izett Watson died or if he married again or fathered other children?

Wow! Mary Elizaeth Padley watson was my great great grandmother through her first husband, Victorian architect Gustav Joachimi. I think they never divorced--and she also was "married" to another man in-between him and Watson. I have the marriage certificate--she called herself Marie Joachim when she married Watson. I think she was quite a few years his senior. He did father others. I have the documents (and a photo of BERYL AND MARIE) on my ancestry site, which is public. I did not know that Beryl was not her natural daughter but it makes sense because of Marie's age. She and Andrew did have twins, one of whom died as an infant (Donizetti)and the other, Beryl's brother Norman, I also have a photo of. I would love to share more with you--I have an orginal painting done by Andrew in my family.

Do you have any photos that would include Robert Chisholm Watson's brother, Andrew Izett Watson? He was an artist and somewhat well-known in Victoria, and I have been collecting information on him for many years now and would share. He married my great, great grandmother, although I am descended from her first husband. I have a newspaper article that describes him, and I would love a photo.
