I am not sure if anyone named I vers came to MN but a Lawlor girl married one of my Brown ancestors that came from Tingwick to Renville County, MN.
If your ancestors came to Tingwick around 1824, check on the Peter Robinson immigrnts from 1823 and 1825. The English sponsored anumber of poor Irish to migrate to Canada. Peter Robinson was the British agent charged with selecting the families to be sponsored. He sent seven ships in 1823 and 13 ships in 1825.
The people were sent intially to Peterborough, Ontario. From there they spread far and wide. My Brown ancestors came in 1823 and Buckleys came in 1825. I never checked for Lawlor or Ivors. But the Tingwick area was heavily Irish as was nearby towns such as Warwick. Some still live in the area, though they are now more French than Irish.
