i have been searching for along time for family info and relatives my maiden name is ribarsky and the family is from hungary my grandmother was a irma braun born in pecs in 1878 married to gyula ribarsky born in kadarkut and lived in baranya his father abraham is from baranya there are sterzfinger and neufelder,s also can there be any connection? please respond. irene

The names you have mentioned are not familiar! I've been hoping that the name HUSZAR would show up in an IRMA family. Researching has been most difficult since there is little to go on but the name mentioned in my GGGrandmother sister's Will. Good Hunting!! Linda

Requesting assistance in locating information on the HUSZAR Family who lived in Foherceglak,
Baranyavari, Baranya Hungary. They were of family of influences and possibly nobility.
My Great, Great Grandmother Edelka HUSZAR was born 09 Mar 1871 in Foherceglak
Edelka's sister was Katalin HUSZAR born 11 Oct 1857 who was a practicing physician in Hungary before immigration to the United States in the 1882. When Katalin HUSZAR died in 1918 left a Will giving names of family in Hungary. Her nieces names were Kotleri IRMA and Marie KREUTZER of Vorosmart, Baranyavari, Baranya Hungary and Anna Watzek wife of Paul Watzek of Neu Kettenhof, No. 42, Schwechat near Wein, Austria-Hungary. I am trying to locate members of these families too.
