Yes, there are some Native Americans (American Indians) that married into the Ipock surname. I learned that Ipock is Ibach in German. Germans settled into Texas. My aunt married an Ipock who said he was Cherokee. He was born in the 1920s. Another is my great-uncle who married a Caddo or Cherokee in the early parts of the 1900s. This would be in northcentral Texas. My aunt said that her Ipock came from Tennessee. I think that churches brought them into the surnames by marriage back then. German + Native American.
