Hattie Imus was a daughter of Tabor Cory Imus. She was born January 19, 1832 according to family records I have. According to the 1900 census, she was born in May 1833. She married John Richie Ford on January 19 (or March) 1858, in Neenah, Winnebago Co., Wisconsin. They had 5 children, all of whom pre-deceased Hattie. In the 1900 census, Hattie was spending the summer with her Ford niece in Winfield, Cowley Co., Kansas. By the 1910 census, she was with Thomas H. Martin and his wife Helen in Muskgogee Co., Oklahoma, along with Thomas and Helen's 3 kids. From what I can gather, Helen was either an Imus, - or - her mother was an Imus sister to Hattie. Thomas H. Martin was the president of a bank, and was dealing in real estate while Oklahoma was still a territory.
Thomas H. Martin (b-July 1861 in Northern Ireland to John Martin and Hannah Leeper) and his wife Helen ____, and a 6 year old grand-daughter Helen K. Chambers (b-abt 1924 in Oklahoma) appear in the 1930 census in San Antonio, Texas.
My question is two-fold:
(1) When and where did Hattie Imus (m1:Ford) die and where was she buried?
(2) Who were Helen's parents?
Thanks,
Lynn
