Re: Iacona/Iacono of NJ/NY
John, been a long time but we've "talked" before. Some of what you said this time rings a distant bell, so I will do some digging and get back to you.

Re: Iacona/Iacono of NJ/NY
I thought that was possible as I went through my reply. We have put up a family tree "Riley of Soyland" on Ancestry that should be open to the public and has Iacono and Malfetti background. Best wishes. JK

Hi John, I will take a look at your family tree. Feel free to check my HORNER tree at ancestry, also public, that's my maiden name and our Iacona/Iacono history is there.

Re: Iacona/Iacono of NJ/NY
Been comparing our trees. Haven't connected the Iaconos yet, however, have connected with the Benenati line. Vicenzo and Margarita Piluso Benenati to be exact. Your tree comes from their daughter Rosaria, my husbands line comes from their son Francesco whose daughter Margherta married Antonino Ziino. Their daughter Angela married Giuseppe Iacono, my husbands grandparents. So Vicenzo and Margareta Benenati were his ggg grandparents. So our families are definitely linked through that line. Still working on the Iaconos! Keep you posted.
