My dad was Francesco, his brother Beniamino and mom Enrichetta Catone arrived in Ellis Island, NY on May 13, 1921 from Caserta. His dad was Pietro. Pietro traveled back and forth between countries several times but I only know of his arrival from Sessa Aurunca on April 7, 1903 at the age of 25. Departed Napoli on the Duca Di Galliera. Any relatives here? Oh...his address was Arthur Ave in Providence, RI

There was also an older sister on that trip, Emelia, born
in 1908. She married Giuseppe Broccoli and they moved from
Providence, RI back to Italy (Sant Ambrogio sul Garigliano)
for 25 years then returned with their family to Dobbs Ferry,
New York. She was my husbands grandmother.

I think we are related. My grandfather's name was Giuseppe and he had a sister, Marianina. But she came to the US and died in NYC during one of the epidemics, influenza I think.

We are almost certainly related. There are two sets of fraternal twins in my family, and every generation has both twins and redheads. My name is Mary Iacobucci. I have red hair.

Hi Grace,

I have a Croce Domenico Iacobucci b. 3 May 1813 in Castel di Sangro. I have not yet found downstream relatives for him, but his parents were Romualdo Iacobucci and Lucia DiSciullo. Do you think this is your ancestor?

Best,

Monica
