Surnames: Iacobucci/D'Angelo/Fazzino/
I am researching my husband's family. His grandmother is first generation America. Her parents are Nicola "Nick" Yacobucci/Iacobucci and Nunzia "Nancy" D'Angelo. They migrated from Colle D'Anchise, Campobasso, Italy to Cleveland Ohio. Nick's father was Massimino, who also emigrated. Does anyone have any information or advice on getting past Ellis Island. I am stuck at Massimino, aka Max.

Nick definitely had a brother Federico/Fred, with Guisto and Carmela as possible siblings also. I think Max's wife was Berenice Fazzino.

If anyone has some advice or information to share, I would love to hear it. Thanks!

I'm currently working on a variation of this tree - Mine includes the Iacobucci/Yacobucci, D'Angelo, Mazzarella, and Ferrara family tree branches.

I have minor information but am finding more daily. And while my tree is private if you need I can send it to you. I would also appreciate any info you have collected to date.

Thanks,
Natalie

hmm, my grandfather, Mark D'Angelo was born 1920 in Phila. His brother Massimino D'Angelo was born approx. 1913 in Phila. Their dad was from Italy, mom PA. Both brothers were students at Girard College in PA which was for orphaned boys or single parent households. That's all the info I have. I don't have any knowledge of my great grandparents (names, ages or place of birth)
Not sure if related or not, but similar names w/ Massimino and D'Angelo.

It is always a possibility, although I have not come across a Massemino or a Mark yet. I also haven't focused in on the D'Angelo's yet so it may yet happen Do you know where in Italy your D'Angelos originated from?
