Judith Isaac (Isaacks or Isaacs) wife of Moses Hyams

Judith Isaac (Isaacks or Isaacs) wife of Moses Hyams

Surnames: Hyams, Isaac, Isaacks, Isaacs
In the book "The Jews of Ireland," by Louis Hyman (Irish University Press 1972) it is written that "Moses Hyams of Vilna, who arrived in Dublin about 1750 . . . married Judith Isaacks (Isaacs), of Germany. Footnote 29 appended to this text states "In 1936, Judith Isaac's portrait was in the possession of Mrs. Miriam Grusel, an American descendant. See Notes by Mrs. Judith Hyams Douglas (d. 1954) preserved in the American Jewish Archives."

Does anyone know how to find this Mrs. Grusel or her descendants, so I might obtain a photo of Judith Isaacks?

Ancestry shows a Miriam Greusel [note the 'e'] living in Waukesha, Wisconsin. That's her married name, spouse is Howard. Not sure how you'd go about tracing a line between the two, or where her descendants are, though if you find enough info, maybe a people finder site could help.
