Dear All, My name is Peter HVIZDA, I am from Slovakia, from Bardejov area (east part of Slovakia). Hvizda means star in our dialect calls "šariščina". My grandfathers name is Eduard Hvizda, he was born 1922 in Raslavice, his mother called Veronica. Raslavice is a village between Bardejov and Prešov. I have never heard about Hvizda Family in Hažlin, but Hažlin is in Bardejov area, that means in Slovakia not in Hungary (but used to by).
