I would love to see your article. I have matched as a 4th cousin to someone that has Ahearns and Hurley in their tree. We have been trying to solve the mystery with no luck...I need to get a positive ID on my Grandfather before I can move forward. I have recently contacted Hurley's that still live in Amenia, NY I would love for one of them to do a DNA but they are not into genealogy. Has you husband done any DNA at all?
