Marylin J. Earhart
GALION: Marylin J. Earhart, 81, of Galion, Ohio died unexpectedly Friday, July 15, 2011 at Galion Community Hospital Emergency Room.
Born April, 30, 1930 in Sandusky, Ohio (Erie County) she was the daughter of the late Russell and Ruth (Mayers) Hullinger.
She married William V. Earhart, Sr. on Feb. 19, 1950 who survives.
Marylin was a graduate of Mansfield Senior High School.
First employed at Barnes Pumps in Mansfield, Marylin later worked as a receptionist for Columbia Gas and then for Grace Brethren Church in Mansfield.
In addition to her husband of 61 years, she is also survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, William V., Jr. and Sarah Earhart and Charles S. and Gwen Earhart, all of Galion; seven grandchildren, Lisa, Kyle, Natalie, Lucas, Victor, Abbi and Erika; six great-grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Jeanne Hullinger of Galion and a sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and Coy Turner of Dayton, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Crane and Valeria Caffey and a brother, Russell Hullinger.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, July 18, 2011 at Richardson-Davis Funeral Home in Galion where a funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2011
Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
