Bertha R. Woodward, FRANKLIN

FRANKLIN-Bertha Regina Woodward, 90, formerly of West Bow Street,
died Sunday at Epsom Manor in Epsom after a period of failing health. She
was born in Northfield, the daughter of Albert and Elmire (LaPlante) Hueber.
She attended schools in Franklin. She lived in Franklin for more than 80 years.
Woodward worked as a homemaker. She was a communicant of St. Paul
Roman Catholic Church in Franklin. Survivors include two nieces, Barbara
Rousseau of Merrimack; and Sandra Rousseau of Middleton; and a nephew,
George Rousseau Jr., of Miami Beach, Fla. Her husband, Melvin Woodward,
died previously. Services will be held privately at William F. Smart Sr.
Memorial Home, Franklin-Tilton Road, Tilton. Burial will be held in the spring
in Holy Cross Cemetery in Franklin. Memorial donations may be made to the
charity of one's choice. William F. Smart Sr. Memorial Home, Tilton, is in
charge of the arrangements.
