Looking for any info on John Horrocks
B: abt 1920 England, Wigan
D: after 1992 Wigan ,Lancashire,England
He was the mayor of Wigan Lancashire 1911-1912 when Princess Diana visited.
His father Samuel Horrocks may also have been involved in politics.
I'd love any info,stories,or pictures I can get to add on line. Willing to share what ever I can.
I don't even know what his real birth date and death date are yet. So I would appreciate any thing. Thanks
