Glad it has been of help to someone. I have found that my line is NOT connected to this one or to the Mayflower.

I found Allen Hopkins arrived as a Scotch/Irish immigrant in 1781, settled in Londonderry/Windham, New Hampshire.
His son William ended up in Hancock County, Maine which is where my line is.

1. Allen Hopkins & Jane Sterling, Ireland to New Hampshire.

2. William Hopkins & Elizabeth Anderson, New Hampshire to Trenton, Hancock County, Maine.

3. Anderson Hopkins Sr. & Phebe Lancaster, Trenton, Hancock County, Maine

4. Anderson Hopkins Jr. & Polly Anderson, Trenton, Hancock County, Maine

5. Allen H. Hopkins & Martha B. King, Trenton to N. Ellsworth, Hancock County, Maine

6. George G. Hopkins & Almeretta R. "Etta" Brown, N. Ellsworth, Hancock County, Maine to West Bridgewater, Plymouth County, Massachusetts

7. Nellie Ruth Hopkins & George Henry Harding, Plymouth and Bristol COunties, Massachusetts [my grandparents]

Still tracking sources to "prove" this line.
