Gladys HOOSON, born in Yorkshire: 1909 -??

Does anyone know of, or have in their tree, Gladys Hooson born in Yorkshire in June 1909 to Charles and Bertha Hooson? I think Charles died in 1914 and her mother may have remarried to a Mr Freeman.

Have some Hooson names from Ellis Island - please write if you believe that one of your Hooson ancestors came through Ellis Island...

Am seeking info on a John Hooson - He was born in 1818 in Bradford?, Yorkshire, England. He married Ann White, and had these children that I know of:

Maria Matilda Hooson, born 11 January 1842 in Horton, Bradford, Yorkshire, England. She was my gg grandmother, and married Charles Briggs on 17 August 1862. She died in 1914 in Wisconsin.

Cyrus/Silas Hooson, born 1843-1844 in Yorkshire?, Enngland. Served in the U.S. Civil War. Not much else is known.

Please share the Hooson's you are working on, and let's try to sort out who all they belong to... :)

I would specially like to be in touch with a gentleman of the same name who posted on the Ellis Island thread please.

I have John Lloyd Hooson born c1884 Shrewsbury, was in the army and married E A Welsh. Prior to joining the army he worked on the railways in Shropshire as did his father. This is my mother in laws branch and I would love to have more information please.

Johns parents were John and Elizabeth (nee Lloyd I think).
Johns (above) parents were Edward and Elizabeth.

Any and all information would be appreciated please.
