Samuel Hollomon of Edgecomb Co was probably the son of Richard Hollomon of Isle of Wight. I have not seen proof of this. He was not married to Martha McGlohon. He was married to Elizabeth. Reference Edgecomb Co. Deeds in which his wife is identified as Elizabeth. Samuel who married Martha McGlohon was the son of Christopher Charles who settled in Bertie abt 1728 or before. Ref Deeds of Bertie between Christopher and Samuel and wills of Martha's father
who names Samuel as a son in law
and Samuel's will which list Martha as an administrator. Both Samuels lived at the approximate same time. Can give specifics for anyone who does not have access to these documents.
