OK, first, I checked Father Hebert's SWLR data for any instances of this Uranie. I actually found two:
BENOIT, Marie (George & Euranie OFFPORT) m. 19 July 1893 Charles LEBLANC (Carencro Ch.: v. 3, p. 2)
and
ISTRE, Caroline (Pierre & Uranie HOFFPAUIR) b. 11 March 1864 (GC Ch.: v. 2, p. 262)

With all the mispellings from old records I believe we can assume that these both make reference to a "Uranie Hoffpauir". However, from the information given, it looks like one of these women married a George Benoit and the other a Pierre Istre. So far I haven't found a marriage for either of the two, but I'm still looking for that.
In my data I have two Hoffpauir women with given names similar to Uranie:
Euramie Hoffpauir b. 1858 daughter of Thomas and Anne Elizabeth Cady
and Euranie Hoffpauir b. 1910, too young to be the person you're interested in.
