I have a very old sepia photo of two Hofelt children[[boys?] taken after 1875 at a studio called Jeretz in Detroit.Their parents probably emigrated from Wiershutzin[now Wierchucino] area in Germany to Detroit.?.Any help would be appreciated please.Thank you.

I have the decendants on a Henry (Heinrich) Hofelt, at some point & time they dropped the 'd' from the last name, but are probably one & the same. Henry was born 1812 in Hanover Germany & had a son John L. I would love to share any info I may havemy email is EMaze214@aol

The Hofeldts needed their own board - Currently I am looking for descendants of Eugene Hofeldt (born 1854 or 1855) who married Clara Gabler May 5, 1884. Eugene had at least 2 sisters who married. Louise Hofeldt married Alexander Aug and Minnie Hofeldt married Herman Wehrle. Any info would be appreciated.

They are descendants of my GGGrandfather Henry's (Heinrich) brother John.
