Jean,
My grandfathers name was George W Hodge born 1872. I don't know what his fathers name was (could have been George, also) My fathers name is also George Earnest Born 1902. He named 1 of my brothers George E. jr. and called him G.E. Hodge. They lived in Arkansas. G. E. was born about 1930 Hope this helps. Need more information, send me an email.

I have a George Thomas Hodge, born 1855 in Southport, Lancashire, ENGLAND with numerous sons, including George Thomas Hodge (Tommy), born 1883, Muskoka, Ontario, CANADA. Older George's wives were Elizabeth Blundell and Isabella Tyrer.

Younger George married Nellie Boulter, their children were Patricia June (1929) = Hugh James Cooper, Joan Evelyn (1932) = Don Morgan, and Edward Thomas (1940) = Joan Abel

I'm still in the Southport area and have a lot of info on the family back to the Elizabethan era (and a little info as far back as 1381).

I'd be pleased to hear from anyone who thinks they may have a connection.
