Thank you for the reply. My great grandfather (Matthew) and his wife (I believe her name was Rose(?)) settled in the Rockland Lake / Nyack, NY area in the early 1900's. I know they had several sons, Matthew and Rupert are two of them. I am trying to find any info from that area.

Hi I noticed your site. I live in Saratoga, ny and have quite an extensive family history that dates back to 1899(great Grandfather whom I was with until the mid 80's). He had 4 boys whom have many children of whom would be my aunts and uncles. I would love to discuss more.

I don't know if you will get this... This message board is so old. My great-grandfather's name is Stephen Hladik. He and his wife Teresa(Tresa) came here in 1906 we think through NY. My father isn't here right now so I can't give much more info than that.
