I am interested in the Hiscott name. I believe my ggg grandfather wwas indentured in England and came as such to US in 1700's. Have a copy of the charges and sentencing of Benjamin Hiscot. He was known as Heskett or Hiskett in US. Have believed the original spelling, but it could be wrong; Are you aware if these spellings have ever been used interchangeably ?Thanks.

Rhoda Hiscott was my gr.gr.grandmother who married William Witchell in 1856. She was christened on 25/1/1836 in Bishopstrow, Warminster. This info to be confirmed when I order a marriage cert a.s.a.p!

They had lots of children, I have details. Her parents according to I.G.I were Joseph Hiscott and Elizabeth, does anyone else have a connection?

Benjamin Hiscot later known in census, indentures, is my gr gr gr greatgrandfather. I would like to know where you got your information for my gr gr gr grandfather, Joseph Heskett. I have been to his grave and have done research on him but have been unable to specify where he was born and what year. Any information would be helpful.
