John: Should anyone need info on the Wm. Henry Hipple/John Hipple, Montg. Co., early 1800's, have them contact me. Also, the Gebhart's (Gephart's) Believe it or not, I connected with a "distant" cousin of Elizabeth Gebhart's brother John. The Hipple's of Montgomery County have been added to the First Families of Montgomery County Ohio as of June.

I am interested in what you have on Wm Henry and John Hipple. Who were their spouses? What were their birthdates? I am anxious to discover if these men are the men in my family. Thank you.

William Henry Hipple is my 4th Great Grandfather. He was born in 1798 in PA, the son of John Hipple. His wife was Elizabeth Gebhart. They were married April 1820. I have all the documentation on him and Elizabeth. His brother Henry Hipple resided in Liberty Oh. Wm & Elizabeth were in Montgomery County, Miamisburg area.

YEAH! My GGG-Grandfather John Hipple is a brother to your William & Henry. Correct me if I'm wrong: Their parents were John Sr. & Ann Dilts. There were at least 12 children, but I only have names for Jacob, John, Henry, Nancy, Margaretta, Joseph & William. Does this coincide with your information? I was so very fortunate to have a Great-Aunt (b: 1908, still living) that got me started on these elusive Hipples. My mom is still living (b: 1920) and is the Granddaughter of Thomas Hipple, son of Wm. Henry, who was the Grandson of the original Wm. Henry & Elizabeth Gebhart Hipple. (brother to your John)
