Going back to the summer...it has gone quickly...my uncle Frank Hines died not long after my mother..the following year of 99...I can get you further info..if you want. Frank Hines Sr is Frank Hines Jr's father..He lived in Iowa his later years.

The census of 1850..was a good place to follow up to investigate the age of my Daniel Hines who is Frank Hines, Sr's father of Kansas..and Ohio. Frank Hines Jr was born in Kansas..suspecting it to be spring hill, Kansas...because the town is pretty accurate from my mother's memory when she was living..but the state was in question.

Daniel was from Ohio...Monroe county before coming to Ardmore, Oklahoma to take up roots for himself and his family. He settled in it when there were early settlers or prairie...so the obituary tells from a news article...I have Frank Hines Jr's death certificate...it states springfield? (error?)

Anyway, how is your family tree coming along..Would you please email me because I have lost contact with Virginia...have Selena's but haven't heard from her??

Stay in touch...you were suppose to be able to help me fill in some blanks..??? Not sure...I've been a little discourage lately with the family tree of late.
